Teriyaki Chicken with Garlic & Chilli
  1. To start, season chicken pieces with cracked pepper and then set aside
  2. Next, combine soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar together in a bowl using a whisk or fork and set aside
  3. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until brown
  4. Add capsicum, the mixed sauce, garlic and chilli and stir-fry 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened and caramelised and the chicken is cooked through
  5. Serve with steamed rice
