Method:
Lemongrass and Chilli with Prawns
- Stir fry prawns in a little oil until just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside
- Stir fry vegetables for 2-3 minute in a hot pan with a little oil
- Return the prawns to the pan and add Birch & Waite Stir fry Lemongrass & Chilli Sauce. Heat through and serve with steamed rice
