Zucchini Bites with Smoked Salmon
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. DRAIN excess moisture from the zucchini and combine with onions, 100g of the PHILLY, flour, cheese, oil, eggs and seasonings until well combined
  2. SPOON the mixture into a greased and lined 22cm x 30cm pan. Bake in a moderate oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until firm to touch.
  3. Allow to cool, then cut into 24 squares
  4. COMBINE the remaining PHILLY, dill and rind. Top each square with a dollop of PHILLY mixture, smoked salmon and dill. Serve immediately
