This fennel, prawn and red onion pizza is a deliciously light gourmet pizza recipe. Quick and easy to make, this restaurant style dish is perfect for midweek and weekend dinners.

Method:
  1. SPREAD the pizza base with the PHILLY then top with the fennel, onion and prawns. Spray the pizza with oil
  2. BAKE the pizza in a very hot oven 220°C for 15-20 minutes or until base is golden and prawns are cooked. Serve immediately with rocket salad
Tips & Hints:
  • Cooked prawns may be used but the cooking time may need reducing.
