Try this spicy hummus recipe made with chickpeas & The Good Night Natural Peanut Butter. Serve with fresh veggies & Turkish bread for a delicious light lunch.

Spicy Peanut Hummus
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. HEAT the oil in a small saucepan and gently saute the garlic and spices over a low heat for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Add the chickpeas and cook a further minute then transfer to a food processor with the peanut butter, chilli sauce and water then process until smooth
  2. SPOON the hummus into a serving bowl and chill until required. Place onto a serving platter and serve with bread and vegetables for dipping. Serve immediately

Its a pass. Not spicy and weird flavour mix. Husband and child each made horrendous faces trying it on a piece of celery. Now I have a ton that I'm on my own with. Ugh.
