A great home made dip recipe, this pumpkin and almond dip is the perfect party appetiser. Best served with toasted bread and fresh vegetables like carrot, cucumber and snap peas.

Pumpkin and Almond Dip
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. PLACE the pumpkin on a baking tray and roast in a moderate oven 180°C for 30 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly
  2. COMBINE the pumpkin with the remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until just smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until required
  3. SERVE at room temperature with bread and crudites
