Try this simple but flavoursome peanut butter granola recipe - it's a great healthy snack made with The Good Nut Peanut Butter, honey, oats, almonds & coconut.

Peanut Butter Granola
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. COMBINE the peanut butter, honey, oats, quinoa, almonds, coconut and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well
  2. SPREAD on a baking paper lined baking tray and bake in a slow oven 140°C for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden
  3. STIR in the cranberries and apricot and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container until required
  4. SPOON a little fruit into the base of a glass, top with yoghurt and granola. Serve immediately
