Lebanese Shawarma
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Add the provided Shawarma Spice Rub sachet onto the diced chicken or lamb strips.
  2. Sear diced chicken or lamb strips in a pan with 2 tbsp of oil and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add Shawarma Sauce along with water, reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
  4. Serve hot in warmed Lebanese flat bread.
  5. Top with lettuce, feta and red onion, then add yoghurt and a drizzle of lemon juice.
Tips & Hints:
  • Also delicious served with chicken or lamb.
  • Warm flat breads before serving for best texture and flavour.
