A simple flavour-loaded Caesar salad featuring perfectly cooked air fryer chicken leg. Using Street BBQ Italian gives the meat beautiful seasoning and crisp skin - an easy method you’ll use again and again.

Air Fryer Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Season the chicken Maryland's generously with Street BBQ Italian, coating all sides.
  2. Place in the air fryer skin-side down. Cook at 180°C for 10 minutes. Flip to skin-side up and cook for another 12 minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove and rest briefly before slicing.
  3. In a bowl, add chopped little cos lettuce and toss with a generous amount of Caesar dressing. Add shaved parmesan and torn flat-leaf parsley. Mix through garlic croutons.
  4. Add anchovies and crispy bacon if you like.
  5. Finish with extra parmesan and a sprinkle of Street BBQ Italian if desired.
  6. Place the salad into a serving bowl. Slice the cooked chicken and lay it over the top.

For a Caesar like this, an air fryer makes it easy to get crisp, golden chicken with minimal effort, while a salad spinner keeps the leaves fresh and crisp and a grater helps finish with light, even shavings of parmesan.
