Arabian Kofta
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat grill (or oven) to 180°C on medium to high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced lamb with the provided Kofta Spice Premix and mix well.
  3. Using a small ice cream scoop, shape the mixture into meatballs using approximately 2 tbsp of mixture per kofta.
  4. Place the koftas onto a baking tray in a single layer.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with Kofta Sauce as a dipping sauce.
Tips & Hints:
  • Add coriander, capsicum and paprika to the minced lamb mixture before cooking.
  • Also delicious served with yoghurt.
  • Serve with warm flatbread and salad for a complete meal.
  • You can substitute lamb mince with beef mince if preferred.
