Avocado Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 spring onion
1/3 cup gherkins
2 eggs, hard boiled
4 cups short pasta, cooked
1x 150g can tuna in spring water
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Method:
Dice all of Avocado, spring onions, gherkins and boiled eggs
Cook pasta and drain well
Combine all ingredients including drained tuna until mixed well
Add mayo if required to make creamier
Serve in open crusted bread
