8 slices bread of choice
Spreadable butter
425g can SPC Baked beans
200g smoked Ham, chopped
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1 shallot, thinly sliced
Method:
Preheat jaffle maker. Spread each slice of bread with butter and sandwich together, buttered sides in (making four sandwiches). Set aside
Combine beans, ham, cheese and shallots together in a medium bowl
Spoon equal amounts of bean mix on top of each sandwich, then remove the top filled piece of bread and place buttered side down into the jaffle maker
Top with second slice of bread, butter side up. Close and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden and cooked through
