Tuna Melt
Ingredients:
Method:
- Pre heat grill to medium high heat
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, onion, corn and season with salt and pepper
- Toast one side of the bread slices. Remove from grill. Spread butter over the uncooked side of the bread slices, then spread with mustard and top with tomato slices
- Divide the tuna mixture evenly on top of each of the bread slices, then top with the cheese
- Place under a pre-heated grill for 5 minutes or until golden
- Serve topped with chopped parsley
