Crusted Salmon on Seasonal Vegetables
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C on fan forced function
  2. Lightly oil a baking dish
  3. Place fillets into a dish, brush lightly with remaining oil
  4. In a small bowl, combine ingredients to form a thick paste
  5. Spread nut crust over top of fish, pressing to cover evenly
  6. Bake fillets for 8 to 10 mins or until flesh flakes when tested with a fork
  7. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of fillets
  8. Serve with oven baked vegetables (or salad)
