Morroccan Seafood Stew
- Heat olive oil in a heavy casserole dish on medium heat
- Add in the onion and garlic and cook until transparent
- Add the ginger, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon stick and continue to cook for another minute
- Add in the tomatoes, stock and salt
- Bring the mixture to a simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
- Add in the chick peas and simmer for 3 minutes stirring occasionally
- Add in the fish pieces and simmer for 5 minutes or until fish is tender
- Season the stew with salt and pepper
- Serve with cous cous
