A bacon sandwich like no other, this delicious treat uses turkey meat and when paired with blue cheese and aioli on thick cob loaf slices, lunch just went from good to great.

Grilled Bacon and Turkey Sandwich with Blue Cheese Aioli
  1. Combine blue cheese and aioli, set aside
  2. Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel
  3. Heat griddle pan until smoking point, reduce heat and grill bread until charred
  4. Butter bread, spread with blue cheese aioli then top with mesculin, turkey and bacon
