Hot Cheesy Corn Dip
  1. Preheat oven 180°C. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, garlic dressing, paprika and bacon, reserving some bacon for garnish. Stir until fully combined
  2. Gently stir through corn and pour into an 8 cup capacity baking dish. Top with extra cheese mix. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly
  3. To serve, top with reserved bacon bits, shallots and tortillas

  • We used Devondale Three Cheese Blend
  • Roasted Garlic Dressing available at Woolworths
