Iced Coffee, Banana and Pecan Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup chilled Vitasoy Original Almond milk
1/2 cup cold espresso coffee
1 ripe banana, peeled
2 tablespoons pecan nuts
Handful of ice
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and serve.
Tips & Hints:
To make the coffee dissolve 1 tsp espresso coffee powder in ½ cup hot water and leave to cool before adding to the other ingredients.
