This easy Japanese Katsu recipe is ideal for the whole family. Have dinner on the table for the family in 20 minutes.

Japanese Katsu Curry
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, toss in onion and saute until slightly coloured
  2. Add Katsu Curry sauce with 200ml water
  3. Add diced potatoes & carrot. Simmer for 10 mins
  4. Cook chicken schnitzels in a separate pan
  5. Once potatoes are tender, add green beans and remove sauce from heat
  6. Sliced cooked schnitzels into lengths and place on a bed of rice. Pour sauce & vegetables over the top to serve
