This traditional Italian meal is easy with Gourmet Garden Mediterranean Seasoning.

Mediterranean Meatballs
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Combine beef mince with 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Mediterranean Seasoning and Gourmet Garden Basil and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls
  2. Heat a large oiled saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and Gourmet Garden Garlic. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Mediterranean. Stir to coat
  3. Add tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add meatballs, cook, covered for 5 - 7 minutes. Remove lid. Cook for a further 5 - 7 minutes or until sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through
  4. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet directions until tender. Drain well. Serve eatball sauce over pasta topped with baby spinach leaves
