Method:
Basil, Broccoli & Pumpkin Pasta
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C/180 C fan-forced. Peel and finely dice a 400g piece pumpkin. Place on a baking paper lined tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until just tender
  2. Meanwhile, Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet directions until tender. Drain. Return to pan
  3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan. Add Gourmet Garden Garlic and onion. Cook for 5 minutes. Add cream, cold water and broccoli florets. Simmer for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender
  4. Remove pan from heat. Add pasta, pumpkin, Gourmet Garden Basil and cheese. Toss to combine. Serve topped with pine nuts
