Pear Wedges with Low-fat Vanilla Cream Dip
  1. In a small bowl, beat together the light cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and lemon juice
  2. Spoon into a small bowl (or airtight container if taking to work)
  3. When ready to eat, cut the pear into quarters, remove the core and cut into wedges
  4. Dip into the vanilla cream
