Method:
  1. HEAT the salsa in a saucepan, whisk in the PHILLY and continue to whisk until smooth
  2. STIR in the chilli sauce and spring onions. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with extra spring onions and serve warm or cold with corn chips
