Carrot Dip with Oven Baked Pita Chips
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. BOIL, microwave or steam carrots until tender. Place carrots in a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Add PHILLY, Parmesan, milk, garlic, cumin and seasonings and process until well combined. Chill
  3. PLACE pita bread on a large baking tray and spray with oil. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C for 5-10 minutes or until golden and crisp
  4. SPOON the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with chives. Serve with oven baked pita chips
