These Soldier Biscuits represent a sugar free take on the traditional ANZAC cookie eaten by Australian army soldiers during World War One. These delicious biscuits are a healthy treat that are super easy to make!

Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced. Place the oats, flour and coconut in a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Place the water and Lakanto Golden Sweetener into a saucepan to dissolve. Add butter and heat, stirring until melted. Add the Maple syrup.
  3. Combine the bicarbonate of soda with the hot water and add to the butter mixture.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the oat mixture and combine well.
  5. Place tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve.
