Spicy Guacamole with Bread Crisps
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced. Place onto a board and roll to flatten. Diagonally quarter each bread slice. Spray with oil
  2. Place in a single layer on 2 large baking trays. Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden and crisp. Set aside
  3. Place avocados and lime juice into a medium bowl. Using a fork, roughly mash. Add onion, chilli and coriander. Mix until well combined. Serve with bread crisps
  4. Serve with Mount Franklin water
