Turkey Nut Rolls

- Heat a lightly greased fry pan over medium heat, and add mince. Stir until turkey is cooked and liquid has evaporated. Use a fork to break up any lumps as mince cooks. Stir through ginger, soy, garlic and garam masala, cook 1 minute. Remove from heat add coriander and cool
- Cut filo sheets in half widthways, to give long rectangles. Take one single sheet, brush lightly with melted butter, and sprinkle over almonds, fold in half widthways. Place one tablespoon of turkey mixture at end of pastry, roll up folding in edges as you go. Place on baking tray, lined with baking paper. Bake in 180°C preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden brown
- Serve with plum sauce
