Herbed Turkey Balls
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  2. Shape tablespoonfuls of turkey mixture into balls, refrigerate for 20 minutes
  3. Heat a large, lightly greased fry pan over medium heat. Cook turkey balls in batches for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through
  4. Serve with tomato relish
