Tips for creating new cookbooks:

  • You can make as many cookbooks as you like

  • Start with a common recipe theme to make using your books easy. Examples include: 'Mum's chocolate desserts', 'Dinners to make for mum' and 'Breakfast in Bed for Mother's Day'

  • Try to limit the number of recipes in your cookbooks to make them easier to print

2. Add recipes to your cookbooks

Watch the video below to learn how to add recipes to your cookbooks on myfoodbook. There's no limit to how many recipes you can add to a cookbook, but the fewer recipes the easier they'll be to print and share!

All the recipes featured on myfoodbook are professionally tested and supplied with permission from Australia's top cooking and food brands. Ingredients and appliances are available to shop at major supermarkets, or direct from the brand (see shopping links on on the recipe pages). The recipes on myfoodbook are free to browse, print, shop and save into your own cookbooks thanks to these incredible partnerships.

3. Create and add your own recipes

You can really personalise your cookbook by adding your own recipes, including your own photos. Watch the video to see how easy it is to create fully customised recipes with ingredients, method and tips. It's a great way to capture and share those special recipes from your family and friends. People often create eBooks especially for special moments such as:

  • Mum and dad's best recipes - a survival guide for the kids when they first move out of home.
  • Our family classics - the most loved recipes passed down from generation to generation.
  • Best baking ideas - perfect for the passionate baker to share their amazing cakes, slices, puddings and more.

  • An interactive index page: Simply click the name of the recipe in the index to go straight to it.
  • QR codes: scan the code on recipes to watch videos, create shopping lists, shop products and more.
