Low-Carb Strawberry Agua Fresca
Ingredients:
Method:
- Mix sliced strawberries, sugar and 1 cup of water together in a medium bowl. Cover and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Strain through a wire mesh strainer over a jug or bowl.
- Add the remaining water and stir to combine.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with lime wheels and mint.
Tips & Hints:
- If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a mason jar or drink bottle – anything with a tight lid will work!
- If you don’t have a muddler, use the back of a wooden spoon or similar.
