Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 180°C/ 160°C (fan forced)
- Place flat breads on to a lined baking trays. Divide baked beans, mushrooms and tomatoes amongst the 4 flat breads
- Bake 10 minutes or until mushrooms and tomatoes are almost cooked
- Remove pizza from oven and crack one egg onto each pizza. Top with prosciutto and return to oven. Cook 4-5 minutes or until eggs and prosciutto are cooked to your liking
- Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
- Substitute prosciutto with thinly sliced rindless bacon
