Blueberry, Banana and Tofu Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup silken tofu
100g fresh blueberries
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth
Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately
