Vinaigrette Dressing
Method:
Avocado with Black Olives
  1. Cook the chopped green pepper in boiling water for 1 minute then drain and rinse
  2. Split avocado in half and remove stone. Fill each half with the vinaigrette dressing and chill slightly before serving
Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. To make dressing, mix salt, pepper and vinegar and whisk in the oil. Add lemon juice and sugar. Add all other ingredients (except avocado) to the dressing
