Method:
  1. Put sugar, water and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and bring to the boil (on high heat)
  2. Place fruit in the solid steamer tray. Pour over the hot syrup and steam (100°C) for 20 minutes until softened
  3. Serve with yoghurt and honey or porridge
