Apple Crumble Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup chilled Vitasoy Original Almond Milk
1 granny smith apple, chopped (discard core & seeds)
1/4 ripe small avocado, flesh removed
Pinch ground cinnamon
1/3 cup quick oats
2 tsp honey
Handful of ice-cubes
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and serve.
