Method:
Cadbury Chocolate Fruit & Nut Fondant Puddings
- SET aside 12 squares of chocolate and halve. Roughly chop remaining chocolate and melt gently with the butter in a bowl over simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth
- REMOVE from the heat and cool slightly
- BEAT the eggs and sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in the chocolate mixture, then the sifted flour, cocoa and spice
- SPOON 2/3 of mixture into 6 greased and cocoa dusted, base-lined 1/2 cup ramekins. Top each with the halved chocolate then spoon over remaining mixture
- PLACE on a tray and bake in a hot oven 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until cooked as desired. Turn out and serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
- Makes: 6 The cooking time will vary with different ovens and ramekin sizes; you may test one (and stand the others on the bench in the meantime) to check the result.
