Chocolate Spice Biscuits
- Combine the walnuts, sugar, sifted flour, cocoa, bicarbonate soda, salt and spices in a food processor and pulse until the nuts are fine. Add the butter and pulse until mixture resembles breadcrumbs
- Add the zest, juice and brandy and pulse until mixture begins to clump together. Shape a level tablespoon of mixture into a ball place on a greased baking tray, pressing down slightly
- Repeat with remaining mixture, allowing room for spreading
- Bake in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Drizzle with white chocolate and allow to set at room temperature before storing in an airtight container
