Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Whisk eggs and milk until combined.
  2. Melt butter in a medium, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
  3. Add egg mixture to pan. Cook for 10 seconds before using a heatproof spatula to continually and gently drag the mixture from the outside to the centre of pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until eggs are almost set.
  4. Once eggs are beginning to set, use spatula to run around the outer edge of mixture to form a circle of scrambled eggs.
  5. Remove pan from the heat as eggs will continue to cook. Slide onto toast and serve with cracked black pepper.
Tips & Hints:
  • Choose wholegrain bread and swap butter for olive oil to make this recipe heart healthy.
