This easy crumbed whiting and chips recipe is the perfect meal for weekend or special occasions. Served in individual cones makes them great for dinner parties. Using De Costi pre-crumbed whiting fillets, this delicious dish can be on the table in 30 minutes.

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Place potato wedges on a non-stick pan and cook as per pack instructions. Cook first, as they take longer to cook then the De Costi Whiting Fillets
  3. Place DeCosti Whiting fillets on a non-stick pan and cook for 6 minutes once the potato chips are almost cooked
  4. Serve in cones with a serve of aioli mayonnaise, lemon & limes
