This quick and easy golden fish taco's with fresh tomato salsa is an easy weeknight dinner. Made even easier with De Costi pre-crumbed whiting fillets. Enjoy these fish tacos with a fresh tomato salsa.

Golden Fish Tacos with Fresh Tomato Salsa
  1. Cook the De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets as per the on-pack cooking instructions
  2. In a bowl mix olive oil, salt, lime juice, coriander, tomato, red onion and spring onion until combined
  3. Spread Smashed avocado on tortillas then place lettuce leaves, 1-2 whiting fillets per tortilla and top with combined mixture
Tips & Hints:
  • Serves 2-3. Handy Hint - The Tomato salsa is also delicious with the addition of a little finely chopped green chilli for those that like it hot.
