Crumbed whiting burgers with Sriracha mayo and slaw

Method:
- Cook De Costi Crumbed Whiting in heated frypan with 1 teaspoon of oil, fry gently for 3 minutes each side until golden and cooked through
- Combine the carrot and red cabbage together and add the lemon juice to make a slaw
- Toast the brioche buns lightly in the oven
- Add a tablespoon of Sriracha mayonnaise on the base of each bun and spread evenly. Top with two pieces of whiting then place lettuce leaves and slaw on top
- Serve immediately when warm
Tips & Hints:
- Make your own Sriracha using 1/2 cup mayonnaise plus 1/2-1 tbsp of Sriracha sauce
