This easy mussels recipe served with fettuccine and Napoli sauce is a wonderful seafood pasta recipe for dinner parties and served on other special occasions. Using De Costi mussels for premium taste.

Mussel fettuccine with Napoli sauce
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over a medium heat for 2 minutes
  2. Add the garlic and Napoli sauce to the pan, heat stirring until liquid boils
  3. Drain De Costi cooked mussels in a colander. Add the mussels to the pan and stir gently, heat for 1 minute
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and using tongs toss through the mussels and sauce
  5. Serve hot, garnish with fresh basil leaves
Tips & Hints:
  • Add a little chilli and a handful of olives for a delicious difference
