Ham, Cheese, Tomato & Spinach Toastie
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Spread butter evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Build the toastie using the unbuttered side of the bread. Start with a slice of cheese, spinach, ham, tomato and another slice of cheese. Cover with remaining slice of bread, buttered side on the outside.
  3. Cook in a sandwich press or frying pan until bread is golden and cheese has melted.
  4. Spread with a little extra butter while warm and serve with a simple salad of cherry tomatoes and chives.
Tips & Hints:
  • We used Mini Pane Di Casa Seed & Grain Loaf however you can use your favourite bread.
