Korma is a popular choice of the 'khansamas' (cooks) of India. The Korma simmer sauce is mild in flavour, featuring piquant spices and thickened with cashew, almonds, coconut and yoghurt.

Korma
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons oil
1kg (2lb) Diced Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Seafood or Vegetables
Passage to India Korma Simmer Sauce
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt, to serve, if preferred
Method:
Heat two teaspoons of oil in medium pan
Add your choice of 1kg (2lb) of Diced Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Seafood or Vegetables
Cook chicken/meat/seafood or vegetables on high for two minutes
Pour simmer sauce into pan. Stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to SIMMER
Cook on SIMMER until tender and serve
To make a great meal even better, stir in 4 tablespoons of natural yoghurt before serving
