Method:
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over a high heat
- Add mince, green onions and carrot and cook until mince is brown, stirring constantly to break up mince
- Add Stir-Fry Sauce and water chestnuts. Stir-fry constantly for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in sesame oil
- Remove core from lettuce and separate leaves. Spoon in pork mixture and garnished with extra green onion
Tips & Hints:
- Use chicken mince in place of pork mince
