Cook easy and delicious pork San Choy Bow with this quick recipe for mince-filled lettuce cups. You can also use chicken mince if you prefer.

Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over a high heat
  2. Add mince, green onions and carrot and cook until mince is brown, stirring constantly to break up mince
  3. Add Stir-Fry Sauce and water chestnuts. Stir-fry constantly for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in sesame oil
  4. Remove core from lettuce and separate leaves. Spoon in pork mixture and garnished with extra green onion
Tips & Hints:
  • Use chicken mince in place of pork mince
