Spicy Chicken Vietnamese Salad
- Poach chicken in stock and set aside to cool
- Mix prepared vegetables and herbs in a large bowl
- Season to taste
- Combine finely shredded chicken with salad mix
- To serve: Toss and dress salad

- Prepare a dressing from the Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce with lime juice, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, sugar and salt and chopped chilli
