This Italian spaghetti bolognese recipe uses turkey for a different twist on the traditional favourite.

Turkey Bolognese
  1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft.
  3. Increase heat and add garlic and mince. Cook until brown, stirring to break up mince
  4. Add pasta sauce and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in basil
  5. Serve with pasta and side salad, and garnish with basil leaves
