Vanilla Milk Puddings
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of milk and the rice flour to make a paste
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring the remaining milk and sugar to a boil, remove from the heat and stir in the flour paste. Add remaining ingredients except for pistachios and honey
  3. Place saucepan back onto a medium heat and stir until it boils and thickens. Cook for 2 more minutes, continuing to stir
  4. Pour into 4 small glasses, cover with glad wrap and place in fridge to set for up to 2 hours, or overnight
  5. Serve puddings sprinkled with chopped pistachios and drizzled with honey

I made it with just powdered cinnamon as we didn't have powered cardamom, and it was just as good. Would consider making it again, maybe using a stick of cinnamon and cardamom in some muslin cloth. 3.5 out of 5!
