Very Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. For best results use the KitchenAid Artisan Diamond Blender
  2. Place the ice in the glass jar of the blender and cover. Select the symbol for ice-crushing on the pad, process quickly until the ice is roughly chopped
  3. Add ¼ cup of the orange juice. Cover and select the liquefy pad and process about 3 seconds. Add the remaining juice, berries, yoghurt and sugar, process again for 7-8 seconds
  4. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
  • Makes 2-4. Frozen berries can also be used. Add 100 mls cold water to make mixing easier as the frozen berries produce a very thick smoothie
