White Chocolate Passionfruit Cheesecake Slice
  1. Combine the biscuit crumbs and butter then press into the base of a greased and lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan. Chill until firm
  2. Beat the PHILLY and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the chocolate and gelatine then gently stir through the passionfruit. Fold through the whipped cream
  3. Pour the mixture over the prepared base. Chill for 2 hours or until set. Cut the cheesecake into slices and drizzle with extra passionfruit pulp to serve
